Telephone Conferences and Travel (outside city limits) as above.
Services include:

• Design Consulting
• Colour Consulting
• Finishing Schedules
• Master Planning
• Space Planning and Furniture Scale Specifications
• Drawing and Artistic Renderings
• Colour Boards

Furniture and Accessory Sourcing:

• complimentary consulting on all furniture and accessories purchased at Expressions Home Interiors. In the event the consultation does not result in a purchase from Expressions, the client will be billed $95/hour for time spent.
• Product sourcing other vendors is charged at $95/hour

Renovations:

• concept development: $95/hour
• Project Management fee is calculated at 15% of construction costs
• General Contracting is quoted on a per project basis.

• Upholstery and Re-upholstery
• Window Treatments
• Hand-made tile and glass pieces
